Our Ray-Ban frames come with the official Ray-Ban indicators of authenticity, including:

• An engraved product name on the inside of the right temple
• Ray-Ban-brand markings (on the lens(es) or hinges)
• Unique serial numbers

Our Ray-Ban glasses are sourced directly from official Ray-Ban wholesales, and you will receive the necessary warranty paperwork confirming their authenticity.

We carry hundreds of popular designer frames and prescription sunglasses, including authentic Ray-Bans. Our frames range in cost from $69.95 CAD to $499.95 CAD. Both pairs will be the same provincial retail price.

• Choose a pair of frames and discuss lens options with a sales associate.
• When you purchase a pair of designer frames and lenses at full price, choose a second pair from our selection of frames and receive free prescription lenses.

We directly bill most major insurance providers for prescription Ray-Bans (including Manulife, Sun Life and Greenshield). We accept HSA payments for glasses purchases. Our associates will work with you to maximize coverage benefits - we pre-approve benefits and directly file all paperwork on your behalf.

Standard orders with basic lenses are ready in an hour. Certain more-complicated prescriptions (such as progressive lenses) or special coatings may take 7 - 10 business days for your glasses to be ready. Contact your store for urgent rush orders for Ray-Bans - some locations and prescriptions are able to use a fast-tracking service for quick turnaround times.

Our optometrists offer comprehensive eye exams from our in-store optometrist offices. Schedule an appointment online, or call your local location to confirm appointment availability. Our optometrists offer eye exams using advanced digital retinal imaging technology.

Our return policy is as follows:

• Standard frames - returns/exchanges within 45 days.
• Customized/prescription frames - returns/exchanges for manufacturing defects only (frames are created to order).

You will need to bring in the original box packaging, along with your receipt.

Our frames are protected with our 24-month manufacturer warranty (for defects), as well as a 1-year conditional store warranty. (Adjustments, tightening, and more - Ray-Ban glasses come with a lifetime of free, in-store touch-ups and adjustments. Some charges will apply for services such as screw replacement, re-welding, and more.)

A separate 1-year prescription lens warranty covers lenses against scratches, damage, and more. (Some limitations may apply to this warranty for specialty lenses, such as Transitions K.)

At any time, bring your Ray-Bans into any of our Canadian locations for free, lifetime adjustments, nose pad replacement/cleanings, tightening etc. No appointment is necessary - feel free to walk into our store anytime throughout our open hours!

Please bring a printed or digital receipt/warranty card with you to facilitate service requests.

We expertly fit new prescription lenses into existing frames, saving you money and extending the life of your current glasses. Our custom frame lens fitting services includes:

• New lenses (including progressives, Transitions, digital lenses, polarized lenses, and more).
• Our standard 1-year prescription lens plan, and limited 1-year frame warranty.

Our prescription sunglasses come in exactly the same selection of frames as our standard Ray-Ban glasses - simply alert an associate to your preference for prescription Ray-Ban sunnies!

When you purchase a pair of glasses from us, they're yours to love and keep forever. To help you properly maintain your new pair, we provide our customers with a branded glasses case and cleaning cloth/small screwdriver upon purchase.
