Yes. We offer direct insurance billing for most major insurance providers, taking care of all the paperwork for you so you don`t have to worry about taking care of any of the details. Simply bring your insurance information when you make your purchase, and we`ll take care of the rest!

Most orders of glasses will be completed in one hour if you use our "1-Hour Lenses" service. This excludes complex/more difficult prescriptions which can take up to 14 business days.

We have thorough, on-site eye exams and utilize the very latest in diagnostics and equipment. You can also bring a prescription from another health care provider, provided that the prescription is from the last 1 year.

We offer a variety of lens upgrades including:

• Anti-glare coatings
• Blue-light blocking coatings (useful for screens or devices)
• Transition lenses (lenses that darken in sunlight)
• HD progressives (for multitasking, multifocals, etc.)
• Durable coatings such as scratch resistance

We offer free, lifetime adjustments and minor repairs with no questions asked. For exchanges, non-prescription frames can be exchanged within 30 days with no questions asked. Prescription lenses can`t be refunded but can be replaced through our prescription remake policy.

Yes. We offer

• 1 year guarantee on all frames and lenses
• 2 year guarantee ("no-break" guarantee) on kid-proof Nano frames.
• Full remake on prescription lenses if there`s a manufacturing defect.

Prescription lenses cannot be refunded, but we will happily remake them if the prescription was incorrect, as stated in our prescription guarantee for single vision, exchange or upgrade if progressives. Non-prescription frames can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days with no questions asked.
