Our Waterloo location carries current-season Prada lines. Prada frames are updated every 4-6 weeks depending on new releases from Prada’s core collections, runway collections, and regional exclusives, including men’s Prada frames.

These include such styles as the PR 16WS, the PR 27WV and classics like the PR 01OV Prada Sunglasses.

Prada frames generally range from $350-$650 CAD.

We encourage unlimited fittings and trials during a free, walk-in appointment (no booking required). Our fittings process includes:

• Measurement of your pupillary distance for maximum lens area vision
• Custom pressure testing for your nose bridge and temples
• Hydraulic adjustment to fit frames to your facial arrangement
• Recommendation on types of lenses based on your prescription

All lenses include free anti-reflective coating. Additional options include:

• Progressive lenses: $220-$350
• High-index lenses (for those with strong prescriptions): $180-$300
• Filter for blue-enriched light lenses: +$75
• Transitions Photochromatic lenses: +$150

Yes, we can direct bill all major Canadian insurance providers including Sun Life, Manulife, Green Shield, and others for both the frames and lenses. Simply bring your insurance policy details when you checkout.

Regular orders are processed within 7-10 business days while rush orders (3-5 business days) are available for an added $50. Both options include order tracking, as well as opt-in SMS or email notifications for where your glasses are throughout the production process.

• 1-Year, fully-covered warranty: Any manufacturing defects, hinge defects or lens de-lamination are covered.
• 2-year coverage on accidental damage: All maintenance or repair of accidental damage is done at no cost, including snapped hinges catching on clothing and damaged brackets from bending. (This does not cover complete loss or theft.)
• Lenses are guaranteed to be replaced if incorrect prescription.

• 30-Day frames exchange: Exchange for any pair of in-store frames if unsatisfied with style or fit
• 14-day, full refunds: Refunds for all unworn and undamaged glasses with a receipt.
• Free adjustments: Lifetime tweaks or adjustments on any glasses parts or fittings

• Bring your own prescription: We accept all visitors prescriptions that are less than two years old.
• Receive an eye exam at the Waterloo location: We offer same-week appointments for comprehensive eye exams with our optometrists. Exams are $95 but all are covered by OHIP for those under 20 or over 65.

• Interest-free (0%) financing (through PayBright) for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months
• In-house program: Payment plans with 25% deposit and the remaining balance paid over 60 days. No credit check required.

• Walk-in appointments: Visit your Purchased Waterloo location at any time for:
  • Free adjustments to any Prada glasses such as temple realignments, nose pad replacements, etc.
  • Professional repairs : Broken hinge: $40. Lens replacement: Based on size, shape, brand and availability
  • Emergency same-day repairs for broken frames. There is a $50 coal charge on next-available basis

Refunds are not guaranteed or covered by manufacturer warranty and is on a situational basis.

While each brand’s frame shape cannot be changed, you can select some design features such as:

• Lens tint: Available in standard gray, brown or gradient
• Engraved initials on inner temple tips: Can be added for $45
• Alternative nose pads: For enhanced comfort and fit
• Replacement temples: Available in various finishes and can be replaced and exchanged

• Seasonal collaborations, e.g. Prada x Marfa collection
• Regional exclusives: Unique creations specifically for Waterloo
• Vintage re-editions available on a limited basis directly from Prada archives
