Absolutely! We have an entire collection of Fysh frames in different shapes, sizes and colours, from bold pink to sparkle finishes, so you can find a frame that fits your face shape and personal style.

We provide eye exams for the entire family at our eyewear clinic and use state-of-the-art diagnostic technology for each exam. Although an up-to-date prescription is required to order prescription lenses, you are welcome to bring an existing and valid prescription and do not have to complete another exam.

Walk-ins are welcome! Our eyewear clinic has extremely flexible hours of operation and even offers weekend hours! Plus, we have free parking so you can pop by anytime for a visit without any form of booking.

The majority of our prescription orders are completed within 1 hour. However, complicated prescription lenses (such as progressives) may take slightly longer to be complete, but we do our best to have same-day turnaround!

Of course! Our return/exchange policy of up to 30 days includes unworn glasses (with proof of purchase).

Please note that prescription lenses are not included in any returns/exchanges as they are custom-made and cannot be re-used.

Yes. We’re happy to accept a current eyewear prescription and can order a set of glasses for you based on this. However, if your prescription is not up to date, we recommend a new eye exam as prescriptions can change over time. Additionally, we will use an expired prescription if it is legal to do so, but ultimately recommend an eyewear exam before ordering as prescriptions can change greatly over time.

Yes. We will always provide free realignment or basic repairs for your Fysh glasses - all you have to do is come into our office. No appointment is necessary!

If your eyewear prescription changes less than 6 months after you purchase your latest set of glasses, we`ll give you a discount on a new set of lenses. Be sure to hold onto your frames to ensure optimal savings - we`ll update your lenses for a fraction of the price of new glasses.
