We offer complimentary basic HD single-vision lenses with all eligible frame purchases. Any customization including HD progressive lenses, blue-light defence, or premium Transitions eyeglasses can be upgraded for an added cost. Upgraded lenses run between $50 to $300, pending the prescription strength and level of transformation. After analyzing your prescription and requests, we'll provide you with a full sales quote before purchasing. There will be no surprise charges.

You can exchange or return any undamaged and unworn frames within 30 days of purchase (with proof of purchase). You're eligible for a refund or exchanges on the glasses if our prescription lenses don't correctly match your requirements. For specialty frames, a small restocking fee applies. We offer free adjustments, screw/frame fixes, and nose pad adjustments at our store. You can walk into any of our locations and we'll perform necessary repairs in a matter of minutes. No booking is required. If your frames need more complex restoration (such as broken hinges etc.), we'll collect your glasses and contact the Dior service centre for a warranty appraisal. We'll immediately repair any small breaks in the frame or glass surface.
