• Orders that do not qualify for express service (such as custom lenses and progressives) are typically finished in under five business days.

• All of our locations provide anti-reflective coatings, blue-light filtering glasses, Transitions lenses, scratch-resistant coatings and UV protection.

• All purchases of prescription Montblanc eyeglasses made at our location include a one-year warranty on both frames and lenses, as well as free minor repairs and adjustments.
• We have a return policy of 14 days, as long as the frames are unworn.
• Frames are readily available for purchase.

• You can return defective frames for a repair or replacement under warranty.
• If your frames are no longer under warranty, you can bring them to your local store, where a Frames expert will examine them to tell you if they can be repaired and will offer a price quote for services, if available.
