Burberry frames typically range from $400 CAD to $900 CAD for metal or acetate frames depending on the style collection. Lenses start at $120 for basic single-vision lenses with add-on coatings depending on prescription and lens complexity.

Your prescription and coating. We always provide transparent quotes and options before ordering.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to fill. Single-vision lens orders (not including coatings) with in-stock frames may be eligible for our 1-Hour service.

Progressive or specialized lenses typically add on 1-3 business days to your order for filling (5-7 business days total). Rush orders are available.

All frames are eligible for our 30 day hassle-free exchange or return policy with proof of purchase. Frames must be in unworn and original condition for exchange or return.

Frame adjustments are always free for life and we can readjust yours at any time! Simply drop in during our store hours.

Our opticians use digital lens measurement tools to measure and precisely fit your frames to your face and to determine your pupillary distance.

All adjustments - nose pads, temple adjustments and lens fitting, are always free for life - just drop in for a state-of-the-art adjustment!

You can! You may use a valid prescription to purchase Burberry frames only provided prescription is:

• 2 years or less
• Frames only with lenses we contact you and arrange to purchase same Burberry frame style as custom lenses

• Burberry frames are covered under a 1-year manufacturer's warranty
• Lenses are guaranteed scratch-free for 1 year
• Children’s frames are covered under a two (2) year ‘no-break’ guarantee

• All students / seniors receive 10% off all lenses with any frames purchase
• Group discounts (3+ under same policy purchase) available upon request in-store

Our highly experienced optician will guide you through our lens recommendations for your routine including:

• Blue-light Filtration (+$80) for high screen usage users
• Anti-glare coating (+$60) for more clarity while driving, at night or in fluorescent light settings
• Photochromic or transition lenses (+$150) if moving between outdoors and indoors frequently

If your prescription changes within 60 days from purchasing we offer lens replacement (50% off lenses). If prescription changes after 60 days regular lens prices apply.

We highly suggest frequent eye-exams (annually) if you feel that your prescription is out-of-date.
