Our Waterloo location carries a curated collection of Ray-Ban's most popular sunglass styles, including Wayfarer, Aviator, Clubmaster and Round frames. We stock a variety of lens sizes (small, standard and large) and lens colours.

We source all our Ray-Bans directly from our brand-authorized suppliers.

• Ray-Ban signature markings: Ray-Ban cursive logo is displayed on the right lens, and should have a crisp finish with no paint spilling over the border.
• RB is engraved on the left lens, again with a clean finish.
• Raised Ray-Ban logos are visible on each temple, you can also find markings that say Ray-Ban.
• There's an added marking that says Hand Made in Italy.

Additionally, we guarantee that any Ray-Bans purchased at our location are authentic and can provide proof of purchase.

• We have polarized, mirrored, gradient and classic G-15 lenses.
• Polarized are for everyday versatility that also minimize glare whether driving or while being active outdoors.

Yes! Visit our Waterloo eyewear location to try on Ray-Bans in-person. Optionally, you can book a time for personalized service and dedicated attention.

For maximum convenience, however, outings to our store are not always feasible, we do not have virtual try-on. However, our Find in Store feature can narrow down availability to specific frames in your area to save time-consuming trips.

We aren't able to customize frames beyond available colours and in-stock styles. However, we can offer you a variety of different lens types (e.g. polarized, photochromic, etc.) for most frames that we carry. Prescription lenses are customizable through our configurator tool when ordering online.

1. Choose any frame on our website.
2. During configuration, you'll be given the option to Add Prescription Lenses.
3. Near the bottom, click to configure and select Yes, I have a prescription.
4. Use our standard single-vision, progressive lenses, including blue-light filtering.
5. Upload your prescription anytime after checkout either via email, SMS or in our portal!

• We accept returns on any eligible items within 45 days.
• In-store return: to any Ray-Ban, LensCrafters or Sunglass Hut location. Bring them and original packaging, any accompanying items and proof of purchase.
• Mail return: Please contact our Customer Care team for a free, prepaid return kit and mail your return to the address provided in it.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 days.

Our location! Choose Store Pickup option at checkout. We'll notify you as soon as it arrives (usually within 24 hours, if in stock) and your Ray-Bans will be ready for pickup right away.

Re-stocks arrive weekly, or more. Limited edition Ray-Bans may sell out quickly. We can recommend calling the store in anticipation of delivery date. Please sign up for our alerts (located on our website) to be informed immediately when new product is ready.
