You don’t need an appointment to shop for Hugo Boss sunglasses and you can visit us during business hours (Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–4:00 PM). However, for personal consultations and to guarantee time with one of our associates, appointments are preferred.

Our Hugo Boss sunglasses come complete with individually branded diametrics, series verification, and authentic documentation. We work directly with premium designers, including Hugo Boss, to ensure authenticity.

You can return or exchange any pair of unused sunglasses including original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We offer replacements and no-fuss refunds, with complimentary adjustments provided under our policy of lifetime free adjustments.

All sunglasses come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty for factory defects. Additionally, we offer accidental damage protection through optional extended sunglass plans.

We offer seasonal promotions on designer sunglasses throughout the year. While we can’t price-match from online Herman retailers, our in-store exclusives and bundled packages - including lenses - are unbeatable.

All Hugo Boss sunglasses are available in-store only. This is to verify authenticity and to ensure personalised fitting for sunglasses. We do not order or ship/deliver Hugo Boss sunglasses.

We offer lifetime free adjustments, including nose pad replacements, as well as minor repairs. For major damage, we can ship sunglasses to manufacturers directly via our lens and frames warranty network.

• Avoid extreme heat or exposure to chemicals
• Maintain in a hard case when not on
• Bring in for a professional deep-clean every 6 months
